We are excited to announce that we have been permission to return to Campus Hills for swim team practice. We have been given space in the mornings during the months of April and May. 

Instead of our traditional monthly sign-up, families will sign their swimmer(s) up for individual practice days.

We will only be offering Grey, White and Blue Groups at this location. Grey and White Groups are limited to 4 swimmers per lane and Blue Group is limited to 5 swimmers per lane. 

We are not requiring swimmers to be evaluated for group placement due to the shortage of available pool space.

Please read our Group Descriptions carefully and remember that your swimmer(s) may have regressed if it has been a while since they were last in the water. If your swimmer is not able to meet the group requirements on their first day, we will switch them to the appropriate group if space is available. If there is no room, then enrollments for future practices at Campus Hills will be cancelled.

Invoicing and Payment:

Accounts are on auto-pay when valid credit card information is entered in the BDA portal and BDA policies are accepted. At the point of agreement, you authorize Blue Dolphins Aquatics to charge your credit card for all invoiced fees (invoices sent via email). This includes past unpaid fees, fees for the current month and/or fees for the upcoming month. Please respond immediately if there is an issue with your invoice to avoid an incorrect credit card charge.

Invoice/Payment for Fees for the Upcoming Month:

  • BDA will send an invoice on or after the 20th of each month for fees due for the upcoming month
  • BDA will initiate a credit card charge for the invoiced amount after the 25th of the month (ex. October 25th for upcoming November fees)

Invoice/Payment for Fees added during the Current Month:

  • BDA will send an invoice when fees are added to the account either:
    • during the current month for the current month -or- 
    • between the 25th and the last day of the month for the upcoming month (ex. October 29th for November lessons) 
  • Payment is due immediately and BDA will, at our discretion, either:
    • initiate a credit card charge after the invoice is sent - or - 
    • send a delayed invoice notification and include the fees on the upcoming monthly invoice

Inclement Weather and Pool Closure:

Please note that rain does not cancel swim team practice. Part or all of practice may be cancelled for thunder and/or lightning. 

If a practice is cancelled due to inclement weather or other pool closure: 

  • the swim team fee will be deleted from the account and
  • if paid, that amount will be applied to unpaid fees or a credit balance will remain on the account

Partial lesson credit is applied to the account for an incomplete practice due to inclement weather or pool closure. The amount of swim team credit is dependent on the time completed. 

  • If 50% or more of practice is completed no partial credit will be issued
  • If only 25-50% of practice is completed than a partial credit of $7 will be issued
  • If less than 25% of price is completed than a full credit will be issued

Cancellation Requests for Swim Practice at Campus Hills:

  • All requests to cancel your registration for a specific practice date must be emailed to info@bluedolphinsaquatics.com.
  • If the cancellation request is received at least 15 days in advance of the practice date, the practice enrollment will be cancelled and:
    • the less fee will be deleted from the account - or -
    • if paid, that amount will be applied to unpaid fees or a credit balance will remain on the account
  • If the cancellation request is received 14 days or less in advance of the practice date:
    • No credit or refund will be issued. 
    • The only exception will be if the particular practice date is full and BDA is able to move another student from the waitlist into your spot. In this case, you will be unenrolled from practice and:
      • the practice will remain on the account and $5 of the fee is still due in order to cover administrative expenses
      • if paid, the $5 will be applied to unpaid fees or a credit balance will remain on the account

Action 1:  Create an account (register) your family and each swimmer

  • The person creating the account must be a legal guardian of the swimmer(s) registered
  • Credit card information is entered during the registration process
  • Although the annual fees automatically show up on the account, these fees will not be invoiced until you are enrolled and invoiced for swim team practice, at which time annual fees are non-refundable

Action 2:  Enroll in the first practice date/time

  1. Read the section on Swim Team Groups and choose the appropriate group for the swimmer
  2. Click the "Enroll" link for the appropriate class in the box below. If the class is full, click the Waitlist link to be added to the waitlist instead.
  3. Click the "Already a Customer? Click here to Login" link and login to the BDA Portal
  4. New and Returning customers may see a "Policy Agreement Required" popup if BDA has updated policies that need to be agreed to again
  5. From the Class Details page, click the "Add to Cart" button
  6. Click the checkbox for each swimmer enrolling in that practice
  7. Click "Add" again
  8. Click "Checkout Now" (for only one practice) and continue to step 9 OR continue to Action 3 to add more practices while in the portal
  9. Click "Accept Enrollment Fees and Continue"
  10. You will get an "Enrolled" confirmation pop-up
  11. If you are a returning customer, please make sure all your portal information is up to date - including credit card information

Action 3:  To enroll in more practices while in the portal:

  1. Click "Continue Shopping"
  2. Slide all the sliders to the right for "All Locations, All Ages and Waitlist" in order to see available and waitlisted choices
  3. To display only White or Blue classes listed by date:
    • under Sort By, select Ascending by start date
    • under Filter by, select "Level" then Team White or Team Blue, click on the white space on the line, and then Click "Add Filter"
  4. Click on the practice to get the Class Detail page
  5. If the correct practice is listed, click "Add to Cart"
  6. Check the box beside the student(s) to enroll and click "Add"
  7. Click either "Continue Shopping" to add more practices or "Checkout Now"
  8. Review the enrollment information and, if correct, click "Accept Enrollment Fees and Continue"
  9. You will get an "Enrolled" confirmation pop-up
  10. If you are a returning customer, please make sure all your portal information is up to date - including credit card information

Please allow BDA up to 72 hours to send the practice schedule and/or invoice after your enrollment.BDA will charge your credit card according to the BDA Payment Policy.
